摘  要:通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken试验对三七渣固态发酵生产灵芝三萜的发酵条件进行优化。结果表明,各影响因素对于发酵培养物中灵芝三萜含量影响程度的排序为:培养基初始含水量>酵母粉添加量>磷酸盐添加量。优化发酵条件为:过60目筛的三七渣,酵母浸出粉添加量2.5%,磷酸二氢钾添加量0.15%,培养基初始含水量65%。在此优化条件下,发酵培养物中灵芝三萜含量为0.37%。The solid-state fermentation conditions of notoginseng residues for the preparation of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids were optimized by single factor experiments and Box-Behnken experiments.The results showed that the effect of various factors on the content of G.lucidum triterpenoids in fermentation culture in order was initial water content of the medium>yeast powder addition>potassium dihydrogen phosphate addition.The optimized fermentation conditions were obtained as follows:notoginseng residues crushed and sieved to 60 mesh,yeast extract powder 2.5%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.15%,initial medium moisture 65%.Under the optimal conditions,the content of G.lucidum triterpenoid in the culture medium was 0.37%.
