摘 要:常泰长江大桥主航道桥为主跨1176 m的公铁两用斜拉桥,上层为高速公路,下层为城际铁路与普通公路(采用非对称布置)。该桥首次采用温度自适应塔梁纵向约束体系,该体系采用塔梁分离、塔墩固结形式,塔梁之间设置支座和纵向阻尼器,有利于降低梁端位移和桥塔内力;辅助墩采用压重+锚索方案,以消除活载负反力。主梁采用N形桁式两主桁钢桁梁结构,桁宽35 m,有利于控制偏载对结构线形的影响,主桁及桥面系构件采用Q500qE、Q420qE、Q370qE钢;主桁上、下弦杆件采用箱形截面,腹杆采用箱形、H形或王字形截面;主桁节点处设置组合式横梁;上层桥面采用纵横梁体系正交异性桥面板,与主桁形成板桁组合结构;下层桥面采用整体钢箱桥面,与主桁形成箱桁组合结构;索梁锚固采用双腹拉板式钢锚箱结构。整体结构及桥面系局部分析结果表明,结构设计满足规范要求。The main navigational channel bridge of Changtai Changjiang River Bridge is a rail-cum-road cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 1176 m.The upper deck carries expressway,and the lower deck accommodates intercity railway and urban road(in asymmetric arrangement).It is the first time that the thermal-adaptive tower-deck restraint system is used on a bridge.In this system,the pylons are fixed with piers,while the pylons and the main girder are connected by bearings and longitudinal dampers,which is beneficial to reduce the girder-end displacement and internal forces in the pylons.The auxiliary piers are counterweighted and equipped with anchor cables to combat the uplift force induced by live loads.The main girder consists of two lateral N-shaped steel trusses distanced 35 m.The arrangement of the steel trusses facilitates the control of the eccentric loads that will undermine the geometry of the structure.The main truss and the deck system are made of Q500qE,Q420qE and Q370qE steel.The main truss consists of box upper and lower chords,and the web members have box,H-shaped and the Chinese character“王”shaped cross-sections.At the nodes of the main truss,composite cross beams are installed.The upper deck is composed of cross beams,stringers and orthotropic deck plates,which form a plate-truss composite structure with the main truss.The lower deck is an integral steel box deck system,forming a box-truss composite structure with the main truss.The stay cables are anchored to the main girder via the steel anchor boxes of double tensile webs.The analysis of the overall structure and the partial deck system indicates that the structural design can meet the code requirements.
