不同保鲜剂组合对芍药切花的保鲜效果研究

摘　　要：选取进口芍药莎拉为试材,选择不同保鲜剂组合对芍药切花进行处理,调查瓶插期间芍药切花的瓶插寿命、花朵直径和花朵开放进程等指标,研究各处理组合对切花芍药瓶插保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:预处液、预处液与瓶插液组合处理均延长了芍药花期;预处液与瓶插液组合处理的保鲜效果最好,瓶插寿命较清水对照增加1.7 d,最大花朵直径显著大于清水对照。本研究可为花店或切花生产供应商延长芍药切花瓶插寿命提供参考。The import Paeonia lactiflora Sarah was selected as test materials,the Paeonia lactiflora cut flowers were treated with different preservative combinations,the vase life,flower diameter and flower development process of Paeonia lactiflora cut flower during the vase period were surveyed,the fresh-keeping effect of different preservative combinations on Paeonia lactiflora cut flower in vase were studied.The results showed that the pre-treatment solution,pre-treatment solution and vase solution combination prolonged the flowering period of Paeonia lactiflora.The fresh-keeping effect of the pre-treatment solution and vase solution combination was the best,the vase life increased by 1.7 day compared with that of the water,and the maximum flower diameter was significantly higher than that of water.This study can provide references for florists or suppliers of cut flowers to extend the vase life of Paeonia lactiflora cut flowers.
