摘  要:采用威廉斯创造力倾向量表和学习倦怠量表对高职师范院校学生进行测量分析。结果表明:学生创造力倾向发展水平一般,存在个体差异,在年级、性别、生源地上差异显著;学习倦怠程度一般,年级差异显著;创造力倾向与学习倦怠呈显著负相关。The Williams Creativity Scale and the Learning Burnout Scale were used to measure and analyze the students in higher vocational normal colleges.The results showed that:there is a general development level and individual difference in students'creativity tendency,significant differences are found in grade,gender,and place of origin;the degree of learning burnout is average,and the grade difference is significant;creativity tendency and learning burnout are significantly negatively correlated.
