摘 要:采用《GB 5009.82—2016食品安全国家标准食品中维生素A、D、E的测定》第一法反相高效液相色谱法,用紫外检测器检测母乳在3个不同时期的维生素A含量,并进行比较。通过试验数据发现,母乳中维生素A含量在初乳期和牛乳的含量相近,但随着哺乳期的加长,母乳中维生素A的含量呈现逐渐减少的趋势。检测波长325 nm,母乳和牛乳及标准物质中维生素A出峰时间3.297 min。液体乳试样称样量为5.00 g,定容体积为10 mL时,维生素A方法检出限为3.98μg/100 g,方法定量限为11.90μg/100 g,在此范围内线性回归方程Y=1.4090X-0.00247,此时R^(2)=0.9995。In this paper,the first method of GB 5009.82-2016 RP-HPLC and UV detector were used to detect the vitamin A a content of breast milk in three different periods,and the results were compared.According to the experimental data,the content of vitamin A in breast milk is similar to that in cow's milk during colostrum period,but with the extension of lactation period,the content of vitamin A in breast milk gradually decreases.The detection wavelength was 325 nm,and the peak time of vitamin A in breast milk,milk and reference materials was 3.297 min.The detection limit of vitamin A was 3.98μg/100g,and the quantitative limit of vitamin A was 11.9μg/100g.Within this range,the linear regression equation y=1.4090x-0.00247,R^(2)=0.9995.
