论高水平高职学校公共基础课程与专业课程的协同共生

摘　　要：职业教育有其自身的价值诉求——既要培育学生职业能力,又要实现人的全面发展,达到二者的有机统一,高水平高职学校建设正是有效的载体。公共基础课程和专业课程是高等职业教育课程设置的两类,二者在人才培养的实施与质量提升上具有一致性与紧密的内在逻辑联系。从协同共生的系统思维看,二者在教育目标上的一致性、教育内容上的协同性、人才培养上的共生性,为二者的紧密结合、协同共生提供了内在可能性与必要性。As a type of education,vocational education has its own value appeals--not only to cultivate students'professional ability,but also to realize the all-round development of human beings on this basis,and to achieve the organic unity of the two.The construction of high-level vocational colleges is an effective carrier.Public basic courses and professional courses are two types in higher vocational education curriculum,which have consistency and close internal logical relationship in the implementation of talent training and quality improvement.From the systematic thinking of synergetic symbiosis,the consistency in the educational goal,the synergy in the educational content and the symbiosis in the cultivation of talents can provide the inherent possibility and necessity for their close combination and synergetic symbiosis.
