摘 要:从教育生态学视角看,当前的职业教育治理体系在主体生态位、育人环境和人才培养链等方面存在失衡现象。职业教育治理体系再平衡应从以下几方面进行路径拓展:赋权扩限,重塑职教生态位,构建共治共享的职业教育治理共同体;赋能增效,重塑职教生态链,构建面向职业发展的职业教育人才培育体系;协同互融,重塑职教环境,构建中国特色职业教育治理涵养体系。From the perspective of educational ecology,the current governance system of vocational education is unbalanced in terms of subject ecological niche,educational environment and talent training chain.The rebalance of the vocational education governance system should expand from empowerment,reshape the vocational education ecological niche,and build a vocational education governance community of co-governance and sharing;to build a vocational education talent cultivation system oriented to career development by means of empowering and increasing efficiency and reshaping the ecological chain of vocational education;and to cooperate with each other,reshape the vocational education environment,and establish a vocational education governance system with Chinese characteristic and so on to expand the strategic path.
