摘　　要：社会证书考试是为适应国家经济社会发展、满足社会对某方面人员专业素质需求,由专业考试机构自主开发设计的考试项目,旨在为达到某方面知识技能要求的考生颁发合格证书。社会证书考试为服务继续教育和终身教育作出了贡献,同时其合格证书得到行业部门的认可,在录用和考核人才中发挥着重要作用。以全国计算机等级考试为例,回顾其从诞生到发展至今的历程,得出坚持面向社会、坚持创新发展、坚持狠抓质量是其发展的不竭动力。社会证书考试项目作为继续教育、建设学习型社会的重要形式,在新时代高质量发展需要坚持党的全面领导,坚持服务国家和社会发展需要,坚持以考生为中心,坚持健全质量保障体系,坚持改革创新。Public certificate examinations are designed by professional examination institutions to adapt to the national economic and social development and meet the needs of society for the professional quality of certain personnel.It aims to issue certificates to candidates who meet the requirements of certain knowledge and skills.Certificate examinations have made great contribution to continuing education and lifelong education.At the same time,the certificates have been recognized by the industry and have played an important role in the recruitment and assessment of talents.Taking the National Computer Rank Examination as an example,this paper reviews the process from its birth to its development,and concludes that the inexhaustible driving force of its development is to adhere to facing the society,adhere to innovative development,and adhere to the quality.As an important form of continuing education and building a learning society,the high-quality development of public certificate examinations in the new era needs to adhere to the CPC’s overall leadership,adhere to serving the needs of national and social development,adhere to the examinee centered,adhere to the sound quality assurance system,and adhere to reform and innovation.
