摘  要:名师是学校的核心竞争力。高职院校名师成长要补齐企业经历与行业影响力短板,积极主动参与学校教学改革,不断加强自身建设。学校要建立以服务人才培养为核心的管理体系,不断激发教师争当“四有”好老师的积极性;要搭建制度通道,把名师培养作为学校师资队伍建设的重要抓手;要压担子搭台子,在职业教育改革大潮中锻炼、培养名师。Famous teachers are regarded as the core competitiveness of colleges.The growth of famous teachers in higher vocational colleges should make up the short board of Enterprise Experience and Industry Influence,actively participate in teaching reform,and constantly strengthen self-construction.Colleges should establish a management system with service personnel training as the core,constantly arouse teachers’enthusiasm to strive for“four-have”good teachers,and set up a system channel to train famous teachers as an important hand in the construction of school teachers We should lay the burden and build a platform to train and train famous teachers in the tide of vocational education reform.
