广州推进粤港澳大湾区终身教育生态体系建设的策略研究

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区国家发展战略的推进,打破了粤港澳大湾区各区域终身教育的生态平衡。广州作为粤港澳大湾区的综合性门户城市,在培养和提升科技教育文化中心功能,推进粤港澳大湾区终身教育生态体系建设方面具有一定基础,但也有诸多制约因素。广州应通过补短板,完善广州终身教育体系;打破制度壁垒,促进终身教育资源要素流动;完善相关制度,鼓励社会资本投资参与终身教育事业;发挥城市互补优势,扩充生态位容量;创新大湾区终身教育体制机制,优化规范环境等措施,推进粤港澳大湾区终身教育生态体系建设。The advancement of the national development strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has broken the ecological balance of lifelong education in all regions of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.As a comprehensive gateway city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangzhou has a certain foundation in cultivating and enhancing the function of a science,technology,education and cultural center and promoting the construction of a lifelong education ecosystem in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,but there are also many constraints.Guangzhou should strengthen its weak points and improve its lifelong education system;break through institutional barriers and promote the flow of life-long education resources;improve relevant systems and encourage social capital investment to participate in life-long education;make use of the city’s complementary advantages and expand the niche capacity;innovate the lifelong education system and mechanism of the Greater Bay Area,optimize and regulate the environment,etc.Take measures to promote the construction of a lifelong education ecosystem in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
