摘 要:新冠疫情给全球职业教育带来重大影响,各国职业院校通过利用信息技术提供在线职业技术教学、提供技术技能人才与服务以助力"复工复产"、发挥知识技能优势参与社区服务等方式积极应对。疫情也为职业教育改革发展带来了机遇,可通过改革人才培养模式、优化专业结构、扩容升级公共培训和提升国际化水平来提高人才培养质量、满足市场新需求、提升就业能力和助力可持续发展目标实现,从而实现转"危"为"机"和更好发展。The COVID-19 epidemic has had a significant impact on global vocational education.Vocational colleges in various countries proactively respond to the COVID-19,such as using information technology to provide online vocational and technical teaching,providing technical and skilled talents and services to facilitate work resumption and participating in community services with advantages of knowledge and skills.The epidemic has also brought great opportunities for the reform and development of vocational education.By reforming the talent training mode,optimizing the structure of majors,expanding and upgrading public training and raising the level of internationalization,we can improve the quality of talent training,meet the new demands of the market,enhance employability and achieve the goal of sustainable development.Through taking the above measures,it is possible to turn"challenge"into"opportunity"and achieve better development.
