摘  要:以庞维国的自主学习内部条件四因素理论为理论根据,遵循"外部环境—内部条件"相匹配的研究思路,提出基于专业型社团的高职生自主学习环境概念框架,并以优秀社团工程造价协会为实践改革平台进行个案实证研究,设计开发了以五大专业品牌活动为载体支撑的自主学习环境。个案实证结果表明:基于专业型社团的自主学习环境概念框架能够为具体的社团改革实践活动提供理论指引,营造的自主学习环境有利于强化学生的学习特征,提升学生的学习效果。最后,根据个案实证过程中碰到的现实问题,从重构团学组织管理体系、重构社团自身组织结构和重构教师工作考核体系等方面对专业型社团育人实践改革提出建议。Based on the theoretical basis of Pang Weiguo’s four-factor theory of internal conditions of self-regulated learning,and following the research idea of matching external environment and internal conditions,a conceptual framework of self-regulated learning environment based on professional associations for higher vocational college students was proposed.An empirical case study of one of the excellent associations,Association of Construction Cost,was carried out to study the platform of practical reform.Furthermore,a self-regulated learning environment supported by five major brand activities was designed and developed.Results of the case study showed that the conceptual framework of self-regulated learning environment based on professional associations can provide theoretical guidance for specific reform and practical activities of associations,and the created self-regulated learning environment is conducive to strengthen students’learning characteristics and improve students’learning effectiveness.Finally,according to the practical problems encountered in the case study,some suggestions on the practice and reform of professional association education were put forward from the aspects of reconstructing the organizational management system of group learning,the organization structure of associations and the teachers’work evaluation system.
