摘 要:为解决电气化铁路维护设备在长大坡道运行时,上坡速度低,下坡闸瓦温度高、频繁停车凉闸的问题,研发电传动接触网检修作业车和重型轨道车。选取西成高铁鄠邑—新场街区段开展牵引和电阻制动性能测试,线路坡度25‰,线路坡长45.05 km。试验数据表明,重型轨道车单机上坡通过25‰坡道时,最高运行速度为107 km/h;下坡通过25‰坡道,在60 km/h,70 km/h,80 km/h,90 km/h,100 km/h速度级时,采用纯电阻制动可稳定控制速度。接触网检修作业车和重型轨道车重联牵引100 t,上坡通过25‰坡道时的最高运行速度为76 km/h;下坡通过25‰坡道,在70 km/h,80 km/h,90 km/h速度级时,采用纯电阻制动可稳定控制速度。这说明电传动接触网检修作业车和重型轨道车牵引和电阻制动性能满足西成高铁线路运用维护需求。In order to solve the issues of low speed of uphill,high temperature of downhill brake shoe and frequent parking of cooling gate when the electrified railway maintenance equipment is running on long ramps,the mainte⁃nance operation vehicle and heavy rail car of electric transmission catenary are developed.The traction and resistance braking performance test is carried out in the Huyi-Xinchangjie section of Xi’an-Chengdu High-speed Railway.The slope of the line is 25‰and the line slope length is 45.05 km.The test data show that when the single unit of heavy rail car passes the 25‰ramp,the maximum operating speed is 107 km/h.The pure resistance braking can be used to control the speed stably when the downhill passes the 25‰ramp,and at the speed level of 60 km/h,70 km/h,80 km/h,90 km/h and 100 km/h.The catenary maintenance operation vehicle and heavy rail car are in reconnection of traction 100 t,when the uphill passes the 25‰ramp,the maximum operating speed is 76 km/h.The downhill passes the 25‰ramp,and the pure resistance braking can be used to stabilize the speed control when the speed level is 70 km/h,80 km/h and 90 km/h.This shows that the traction and resistance braking performance of electric transmission catena⁃ry maintenance operation vehicle and heavy rail car meet the requirements of operation and maintenance of Xi’an Chengdu High-speed Railway.
