“课程思政”视域下行政法课程教学模式的改革与创新

摘　　要：高等学校课程思政建设对行政法课程教学提出了全新要求,传统的行政法教学模式已不适应时代新要求,必须进行改革。在全面考查和比较各学科教学模式改革成果的基础上,本文认为要推动“课程思政”融入行政法课程教学全过程,需要构建线上教学与线下教学相结合、课堂教学与实践教学相结合的教学模式,创新教学手段,实现育人效果。The construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities puts forward new requirements for the teaching of administrative law.The traditional teaching mode of administrative law no longer meet the new requirements of the times and must be reformed.On the basis of a comprehensive examination and comparison of the teaching mode reform results of various disciplines,this paper holds that to promote the integration of“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”into the whole process of administrative law curriculum,we need to build a teaching mode that combines online teaching and offline teaching,classroom teaching and practical teaching,and create new teaching methods to achieve educational effect.
