摘 要:发光二极管(LED)具有高效、光谱纯、安全稳定、环保等优点,已广泛地应用于照明、显示、农业、医疗等领域。牙周病是发生在牙龈、牙周膜等牙周支持组织的慢性炎症类疾病,牙周病患者常需要口服或局部使用抗生素来控制病情,易引发不良反应。本文主要研究LED红光照射对牙龈成纤维细胞抗炎反应的影响,分析在18 J/cm2剂量下,不同光强度的630 nm红光照射对已受脂多糖刺激的牙龈成纤维细胞内ROS和PGE2的产生的影响,发现630 nm LED红光照射可以有效抑制体外培养的牙龈成纤维细胞内炎症反应;同时发现强度为5 mW/cm2的红光对炎症的抑制效果最佳。实验结果希望可以为牙周病临床治疗提供参考。Light-emitting diodes(LED)have the advantages of high efficiency,pure spectrum,safety and stability,environmental protection,etc.,and are now widely used in lighting,display,agriculture,medical and other fields.Periodontal disease is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs in the periodontal support tissues such as the gums and periodontal ligament.Patients with periodontal disease often need oral or topical antibiotics to control the condition,which can easily lead to adverse reactions.This article mainly studies the effect of LED red light irradiation on the anti-inflammatory response of gingival fibroblasts,and analyzes the effect of 630 nm red light irradiation with different light intensities on the generation of ROS and PGE2 in gingival fibroblasts stimulated by lipopolysaccharide at a dose of 18 J/cm2.It was found that 630 nm LED irradiation can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response in cultured gingival fibroblasts;at the same time,it was found that red light with an intensity of 5 mW/cm2 had the best inhibitory effect on inflammation.The results of the experiment hope to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of periodontal disease.
