“双高计划”背景下我国高职院校来华留学生教育发展对策研究

摘  要:我国高职院校来华留学生教育尚处于规模化发展的起步阶段,在区域均衡发展、资助体系建设、趋同化管理、课程体系改革、专业化国际化师资队伍建设以及国情文化教育等方面问题较为突出,发展不够充分。基于教育部文件和2015—2019版《中国高等职业教育质量年报》数据,结合“双高计划”目标任务,提出我国高职院校实现提质增效内涵发展的建设思路与应对策略如构建政企校联动机制,促进高质量均衡发展;深化内涵建设,提升趋同化管理水平;对标国际,推动课程体系和师资队伍国际化;凸显文化育人,培育高素质知华友华留学生群体。The education of foreign students in higher vocational colleges is still in the initial stage of large-scale development.It has many problems in regional balanced development,including funding system construction,convergence management,curriculum system reform,international teacher team construction as well as national conditions and cultural education Outstanding.Based on the documents of the Ministry of Education and the 2015-2019 editions of the“China Higher Vocational Education Quality Annual Report”data,combined with the goals and tasks of the“Double High Plan”,the construction ideas and countermeasures for the development of higher vocational colleges to achieve quality and efficiency enhancement are proposed.Such as using the enterprise-school linkage mechanism to promote high-quality and balanced development,deepening content construction,and enhancing the level of convergent management.Besides,we can promote the internationalization of the curriculum system and faculty team,highlight cultural education,and cultivate high-quality international students.
