摘　　要：创新是国家进步和发展的关键,培养具有创新意识、创新能力的大学生是目前我国高等教育的重要任务。鉴于地方高校各种制约因素,学科竞赛可持续发展较为艰难,创新人才培养的促进作用也难以凸显。本文调查了地方高校交通工程专业创新人才培养的现状,对学科竞赛与创新人才培的互动机制进行了分析,并以盐城工学院交通工程专业为例,构建以培养创新人才为目标的学科竞赛体系。Innovation is the key to national progress and development.It is an important task to foster innovative consciousness and ability of college students in higher education.It is difficult to achieve sustainable development on discipline competition due to various restrictive factors in local colleges and universities,making it harder to cultivate human resources with innovative abil ity.This paper,based on the survey of the current situation of training innovative talents majoring in traffic engineering in local higher institutions,analyzes the interaction mechanism between discipline competitions and talents cultivation.Taking the major of traffic engineering of Yancheng Institute of Technology as an example,it also sets up a discipline competition system targeting at producing innovative talents.
