摘  要:新时代高校思政课课堂教学效果进一步提升,需要大力推进教学方法改革和教学模式创新。教育赋权理论与分众教学模式在突出学生主体地位、激发学生学习兴趣、服务学生全面发展等方面具有内在契合性。应用基于教育赋权理论的思政课分众教学模式应坚持去中心化、同权异质、智造金课原则,形成教学内容前置、确立分众标准、组内权能适配、课堂主导策略、评估反馈机制五位一体的教学路径,其要义在于增强学生真正融入思政课的主体力量,不断提升思政课的亲和力、针对性和有效性。In the new era,to further improve the classroom teaching effect of Ideological and political course,we should vigorously promote the reform of teaching methods and innovation of teaching mode. The theory of educational empowerment and the focus teaching mode have the inherent consistency in highlighting students’ dominant position,stimulating students’ interest in learning,and serving students’ all-round development. The application of educational empowerment theory in Ideological and political courses teaching should adhere to the principle of decentralization,heterogeneous power and making excellent courses,and form a five in one teaching path,including teaching content pre-orientation,establishment of focus standards,intra-group power adaptation,classroom leading strategy and evaluation feedback mechanism. The key point is to enhance the main force of students’ real integration into the ideological and political courses,and constantly improve the affinity,pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political courses.
