摘　　要：在建筑业加速转型升级的背景下,装配式建筑得到了快速推广.为增强装配式建筑供应链的风险管控能力,本文首先利用因子分析识别出装配式建筑供应链风险控制重点,进而运用结构方程及SPSS软件,定量分析了各阶段风险因素之间的结构关系及其权重.结果表明,影响装配式建筑供应链协调发展的风险主要存在于制造阶段,其次是采购阶段,装配、设计、交付阶段的影响较小.基于此,我们提出三点建议来控制供应链风险:第一,正确解读政府政策,加强战略计划的准确性;第二,重视制造装配流程和监督管理,将战略计划落实到施工实践;第三,建立多种供应链运行模式,以便调整风险控制流程使其更加适应市场和业主需求,从而提升供应链风险管控能力.In the context of accelerated transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,prefabricated buildings have been rapidly promoted.In order to enhance the risk management and control ability of prefabricated building supply chain,this paper first USES factor analysis to identify the risk control key points of prefabricated building supply chain,and then USES structural equation and SPSS software to quantitatively analyze the structural relationship and its weight among risk factors in each stage.The results show that the risks affecting the coordinated development of prefabricated building supply chain mainly exist in the manufacturing stage,followed by the procurement stage,with little impact on the assembly,design and delivery stages.Based on this,we put forward three Suggestions to control supply chain risks:first,correctly interpret government policies and enhance the accuracy of strategic plans;Second,attach importance to manufacturing assembly process and supervision and management,and implement strategic plan into construction practice;Thirdly,a variety of supply chain operation modes should be established to adjust the risk control process and make it more suitable for the market and owners’ needs,so as to improve the supply chain risk control ability.
