摘 要:修学旅行作为日本中小学特别活动中例行活动的一项重要内容,已成为日本中小学开展道德教育、促进学生身心健康发展等的重要途径之一,这主要得益于其完善的制度设计和法律保障。其在指导思想、课程、经费、安全、评价等方面构建了颇具成效的制度体系。日本中小学修学旅行制度体系的特点是:法律保障与完善的制度设计为其奠定了坚实基础;学校、社会各部门与机构等分工明确、各司其职,构建多方协同的安全保障体系;在实施过程中注意发挥学校的创意和教育实践经验,教育性与体验性并重;修学旅行与各课程紧密相连,注重协同育人等。As an important part of the routine activities of special activities in Japanese primary and secondary schools,study tour has become one of the important ways to offer moral education and promote students’physical and mental health development in Japanese primary and secondary schools,which mainly benefits from its perfect institutional design and legal protection.It has built an effective institutional system in guiding ideology,curriculum,safety,funding,evaluation and other aspects,and has the following characteristics:Legal protection and perfect institutional design have laid a solid foundation for it;There is a clear division of task between schools,social departments and institutions and each perform its respective duties,but form a multi-party collaborative security system;Attention is paid to the school’s creativity and practical experience in education during the implementation,focusing on education and experience;Study tour is closely related to various curricula,concentrating on collaborative talent development,etc.
