摘  要:[目的]建立了离子色谱-脉冲安培检测法测定饮料中的L-阿拉伯糖含量的方法。[方法]样品中的L-阿拉伯糖用去离子水提取,使用DionexCarboPacTMPA20BioLCTM(3×150mm)色谱柱,氢氧化钠溶液和醋酸钠溶液在流速为0.4mL/min下梯度洗脱样品溶液。[结果]L-阿拉伯糖的质量浓度在0.1-5.0μg/mL范围内与其峰面积呈现出良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9999,检出限为3.3mg/kg,定量限为10mg/kg,在不同类型的饮料样品中L-阿拉伯糖的平均加标回收率在88.3%-115.3%之间,方法的相对偏差(RSD,n=6)<3%。[结论]该方法操作便捷,检测灵敏度高,稳定性好,适用于饮料中L-阿拉伯糖含量的检测。[Objective]The ion chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection was developed for determination of L-arabinose in beverages.[Methods]L-arabinose in the sample was extracted with deionized water and separated on DionexCarboPacTM PA20 BioLCTM chromatographic column(3×150mm)with NaOH and CH3COONa as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.4mL/min.[Results]Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of L-arabinose was obtained in the range of 0.1 to 5mg/mL,the correlation coefficients(R2)were≥0.9999,the limit of detection was 3.3mg/kg,and the limit of quantitation was 10 mg/kg.The average recoveries of L-arabinose residues in various beverages ranged from 88.3%to 115.3%,and the value RSD(n=6)was less than 3%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,sensitive,stable,and could be used for the analysis of L-arabinose in various beverages.
