摘  要:目的建立QuEChERS-高效液相色谱-柱后光化学衍生法测定粮谷类食品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)、B_(2)、G_(1)、G2的分析方法。方法样品经过1%甲酸-乙腈提取,MgSO_(4)+C_(18)+PSA净化,高效液相色谱-柱后光化学衍生化法检测。结果黄曲霉毒素B_(1)、G_(1)和黄曲霉毒素B_(2)、G2分别在0.5~20、0.125~5μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.1~0.3μg/kg,定量限为0.3~1.0μg/kg,加标回收率为86.4%~97.8%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为2.9%~6.3%。结论该方法前处理简便,回收率稳定,测定结果准确,成本低廉,可用于粮谷类食品中黄曲霉毒素的大批量检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of aflatoxin B_(1),B_(2),G_(1),G2 in cereal food by QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography with post-column photochemical derivatization.Methods The sample was extracted with 1%formic acid-acetonitrile,purified by MgSO_(4)+C_(18)+PSA and detected by high performance liquid chromatography with post-column photochemical derivatization.Results Aflatoxin B_(1),G_(1)and Aflatoxin B_(2),G2 were good in linear relationship between 0.5-20 and 0.125-5μg/L separately,and the relative coefficients were more than 0.999.The limits of detection(LOD)of the method were 0.1-0.3μg/kg and the limits of quantification(LOQ)were 0.3-1.0μg/kg.The recoveries of the method were 86.4%-97.8%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.9%-6.3%.Conclusion This method has simple pretreatment,stable recovery,accurate determination and low cost,and can be applied for the mass detection of aflatoxin in cereal food.
