“三全育人”视角下大学生党建的角色扮演

摘　　要：习近平总书记在全国教育大会和全国高校思想政治工作会议上围绕高校人才培养和思想政治工做了重要讲话,为高校做好新时代人才培养提供了根本遵循,指明了具体方向。“三全育人”(全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人)是高校围绕立德树人做好育人育才工作的具体方略和有效路径,大学生党建是“三全育人”的重要内容和具体形式,贯穿在“三全育人”的各个环节。作为育人载体的大学生党建,要在“三全育人”中扮演好筑梦者、护航人和操盘手的角色,为“三全育人”提供坚强组织保障。At the National Education Congress and the National Conference about the Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities, Xi Jinping, general secretary of CPC Central Committee, made an important speech around the cultivation of talents and ideological and political work in colleges and universities, which provided a fundamental follow for colleges and universities to do a good job in the training of talents in the new era, and pointed out the specific direction. The"three-dimensional comprehensive education"(full staff, whole process, allround) is the concrete strategy and effective way for cultivating students. The Party building of college students is an important content and concrete form of the"three-dimensional comprehensive education", and the Party building runs through every link of the"three-dimensional comprehensive education". As a carrier of cultivating students, the Party building of college students should play the role of a dreamer, an escort, and an operator, providing a strong organizational guarantee for the"threedimensional comprehensive education".
