应用型高校人文素质教育三域协同体系研究

摘　　要：人文素质教育即教“人之所以为人之道”,加强人文素质教育是应用型高校“立德树人”、培养创新型人才和复合型人才的必然选择。应用型高校普遍人文教育资源缺乏,要发挥校内资源和社会资源的协同功能,以人文素质教育课程群为载体夯实学生的人文底蕴,以校园文化为载体涵养学生的人文精神,以人文素质教育实践基地为载体锻炼学生的人文行为,“三域协同”构建人文素质教育体系。Humanistic quality education is to teach“the way of being human”.Strengthening humanistic quality education is an inevitable choice for application-oriented colleges and universities to“cultivate virtuous and talented people”and cultivate innovative and compound talents.Application-oriented universities generally lack humanistic education resources.It is necessary to give play to the synergistic function of internal resources and social resources,use the humanities quality education curriculum group as the carrier to consolidate the students’humanistic background,use campus culture as the carrier to cultivate the students’humanistic spirit,and practice humanistic quality education.The base serves as a carrier to exercise students’humanistic behavior,and the“three-domain coordination”builds a humanistic quality education system.
