摘　　要：健康中国建设对医学人才的需求不断增加,地方医学院校是医学人才培养的主力军,提高其本科教育水平面临极大挑战。本文提出特色一流本科建设的理念,结合桂林医学院的实践探索了地方医学院校特色一流本科的建设,包括调整本科人才培养目标,优化专业结构和分类培养,加强师资队伍建设,严格教、学、管及保障本科教学资源和经费等,实践取得初步成效,希望为相关院校的改革提供参考。The construction of a healthy China has an ever-increasing demand for medical talents.The provincial medical schools are the main force in the training of medical talents,but how to build their high-standard undergraduate system is a serious challenge.This article puts forward the concept of building a first-class undergraduate system with unique characteristics.Taking Guilin Medical College as an example,this article explores the constructing of a locally characterized first-class undergraduates system of provincial medical schools,including adjusting the objectives of undergraduate talent training,optimizing the discipline structure,classified training,strengthening the capacity building of faculty,and improving teaching quality as well as learning outcomes,management and undergraduate teaching resources and funding.The practice has achieved some preliminary results which may be shared by other provincial-level colleges and universities in China.
