精细化管理在精神科护士临床带教培训工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理在精神科护士临床带教培训工作中的应用。方法选取温州医科大学附属康宁医院120名新入职护士为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组采用精细化管理的临床护理实习生带教方法。比较两组的理论/操作考试合格率、医护对护理水平满意度、患者及其家属对护理质量满意度。结果观察组的各项考核分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的理论/操作考试合格率、医护对患者的护理水平满意度、患者及其家属对护理质量的满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化的护理临床带教培训规划,能使带教培训工作变得更加合理、高效化,在提高了培训效率的同时,使护士更早具备精细化理念,在开展护理工作中更为细致,从而提升护理质量。Objective To explore the application of fine management in clinical teaching and training of psychiatric nurses.Methods A total of 120 newly recruited nurses from the Affiliated Kangning Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the observation group adopted fine-management teaching method for clinical nursing interns.The pass rate of theory/operation examination,the satisfaction of doctors and nurses to the nursing level and satisfaction of patients and their families to the nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pass rate of the theory/operation examination,the satisfaction of doctors and nurses to the nursing level and satisfaction of patients and their families to the nursing quality in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The fine clinical nursing teaching and training planning can make the teaching and training work more reasonable and efficient.While improving the training efficiency,it also enables nurses to have the refined concept earlier and be more meticulous in carrying out nursing work,so as to improve quality of nursing.
