摘  要:Ortho-SUV骨外固定架是一种可变关节的并联机构,能有效治疗四肢畸形和肢体创伤等疑难骨科杂症。利用6个位置参数建立Ortho-SUV骨外固定架运动学模型,并求解正解和逆解,正解的条件数据与逆解的结果数据之间相对误差小于0.01%,验证了运动学模型的正确性和准确性。此外,还对该骨外固定架在已知条件下的状态进行三维可视化模拟仿真,外科医生可参考该模拟仿真图初步制定术前计划。Ortho-SUV骨外固定架的运动学分析为该骨外固定架在骨科治疗中的应用提供了理论依据。The Ortho-SUV external bone fixator is a parallel mechanism with variable joints,which can effectively treat difficult orthopedic diseases such as limb deformities and limb trauma.This paper uses 6 position parameters to establish the kinematics model of the Ortho-SUV bone external fixator,and solves the positive and inverse solutions.The relative error between the conditional data of the positive solution and the result data of the inverse solution is less than 0.01%,which verifies the correctness and accuracy of the kinematics model.In addition,three-dimensional visual simulation of the external fixator under known conditions is also carried out.Surgeons can refer to the simulation diagram to make a preliminary preoperative plan.The kinematic analysis of the Ortho-SUV external fixator provides a theoretical basis for the application of the external fixator in orthopedics.
