摘 要:现代医疗服务对护理人员的人文关怀能力提出了更高要求。高职院校加强护理专业学生人文关怀能力的培养成为急需解决的重要课题。高职院校可以通过在课程体系中增设人文关怀课程、在课程内容中渗透人文关怀元素、在课程教学及考评中重视学生人文关怀技能的培养、在师资建设中加强教师人文关怀素养的培训、在学生学习与生活中重视人文关怀环境的塑造等路径加强护理专业学生人文关怀能力的培养。Modern medical service has put forward higher requirements for the humanistic care ability of nursing staff.Strengthening the cultivation of humanistic care ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges has become an important issue to be solved urgently.Higher vocational colleges can strengthen the humanistic care of nursing students by adding humanistic care courses in the curriculum system,infiltrating humanistic care elements in the curriculum content,paying attention to the cultivation of students'humanistic care skills in the course teaching and evaluation,strengthening the training of teachers’humanistic care literacy in the construction of teachers,and paying attention to the shaping of humanistic care environment in students’study and life.
