摘　　要：目的了解心内科护士职业高原现状并分析相关影响因素,为心内科护士自我心理调适及提升护理质量提供参考依据。方法 2019年10—12月,采用便利抽样法,应用职业高原问卷、反刍量表(RRS)和共情(IRI-C)量表,对西安市和哈尔滨市6所三级甲等医院576名心内科护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果心内科护士职业高原得分为3.65±0.60,反刍得分为49.19±17.30,共情得分为56.99±10.72。职业高原与共情负相关(r=-0.360,P<0.05),职业高原与反刍思维呈正相关(r=0.377,P<0.05)。是否心血管重症监护室(CCU)护士、反刍及共情是影响心内科护士职业高原情绪的主要因素,可解释总变异的41.0%。结论心内科护士职业高原水平较高,应及时重点加强心理干预,改善护士职业高原状况,提升护理质量。Objective To understand the current situation of cardiology nurses’ occupational plateau,analyze the related influencing factors,and provide basis for nurses the self psychological adjustment and improvement of nursing quality of cardiology nurses.Methods By convenience sampling method,576 nurses in cardiology department of six grade-A tertiary hospital in Xi’an City and Harbin City were investigated by using occupational plateau questionnaire,Rumination Scale(RRS) and empathy scale(IRI-C)from October to December 2019. And the data were analyzed. Results The scores of occupational plateau,rumination and empathy in cardiology nurses was 3.65 ±0.60,49.19 ±17.30 and 56.99 ±10.72,respectively. Occupational plateau was negatively correlated with empathy(r=-0.360,P<0.05),and positively correlated with rumination thinking(r=0.377,P<0.05). The nurses in cardiovascular intensive care unit(CCU),rumination and empathy were the main factors influencing the occupational plateau emotion of cardiology nurses,explaining 41.0% of the total variation. Conclusion The level of occupational plateau of nurses in cardiology department is relatively high. It is necessary to strengthen psychological intervention in time to improve the nurses’ occupational plateau status and improve the quality of nursing.
