摘  要:目的分析当前预防医学本科生实践教学的现况及关键制约因素,为公共卫生与预防医学人才培养提供依据。方法采用问卷调查,收集郑州大学公共卫生学院2013届、2014届及2019届在校外进行专业实习的本科毕业生及相关实习单位的实习生带教导师对实践教学现况及建议等信息。结果调查学生106人,带教导师116人。63%~79%的实习生对实习单位的评价在满意以上,影响实习生对专业实习评价的因素有导师的职称(P=0.004)、带教意识(P<0.001)、带教目的(P<0.001)等。带教导师对本科生实践教学的评价得分均值为(27.36±4.42)分。合理的实践教学安排(β,95%CI:7.485,3.711~11.258)以及内容(β,95%CI:6.885,3.426~10.343)等可提高带教导师对本科生实践教学的评价。结论预防医学本科毕业生及带教导师对专业实践教学环节的总体评价较好,但在实践时间、实践内容、实践科室以及师资队伍建设方面仍存在不足。Objective To analyze the current status and key constraints of practice teaching for preventive medicine undergraduate students and provide a basis for the training of public health and preventive medicine talents. Methods Information about current internship status and suggestions on undergraduates of 2013, 2014 and 2019 from the school of public health of Zhengzhou University and the tutors of interns from related internship units was collected through questionnaire survey. Results A total of 106 students and 116 tutors were surveyed. In total 63%-79% of the interns rated the internship as satisfactory or higher, and the factors that influenced the interns ’ evaluation of the professional internship were the title of the supervisor(P=0.004), awareness of teaching(P<0.001), and purpose of teaching(P<0.001). The mean score of the evaluation of undergraduate practice teaching by the supervising instructors was(27.36 ±4.42) points. Appropriate teaching arrangement(β, 95% CI: 7.485, 3.711-11.258) and content(β, 95% CI: 6.885, 3.426-10.343) could improve the evaluation of undergraduate internship teaching by supervisors. Conclusion The overall evaluation of undergraduate preventive medicine graduates and lead instructors on professional practice teaching sessions is good, but there are still deficiencies in practice time, practice content, practice sections and faculty construction.
