摘 要:中小学教材的编写既不是谁想编就可编的个人行为,也不是想怎么编就怎么编的随心所欲,而是要有一些必须遵循的依据。中小学教材编写要以优秀传统作为中小学教材编写的历史依据,以指导思想作为中小学教材编写的政治依据,以教育方针作为中小学教材编写的最高政策依据,以课程标准作为中小学教材编写的直接依据,以中小学教材审定标准为中小学教材编写的行业依据,以科学的知识观作为中小学教材编写的内容依据,以教学理论和心理学理论作为中小学教材编写的方法依据,以社会进步和知识创新作为中小学教材编写的时代依据。我们只有遵循好这些依据,才能谱写出精品教材建设的新篇章。The compilation of primary and secondary school teaching materials is not a personal behavior that can be compiled by anyone who wants to,nor is it a random act that can be compiled according to how he wants to,but has some basis that must be followed.The compilation of primary and secondary school textbooks should take the excellent tradition as the historical basis,the guiding ideology as the political basis,the educational policy as the highest policy basis,the curriculum standard as the direct basis,and the examination and approval standard as the industry basis.Scientific knowledge view is used as the content basis,teaching theory and psychological theory as the method basis,and social progress and knowledge innovation as the era basis.Only by following these bases can we write a new chapter in the construction of excellent teaching materials.
