摘 要:教师减负是目前教育领域的一项重要工作,是提高教师教学质量的重要措施。教师减负工作内在地具有不合理负担的减少与合理负担的高质量落实的双重内涵。教师的合理负担的不合理转移有其深刻的内涵、表现和特征,是一种主体上的扩散和时空上的延伸,具有教师主体性、行为偏差性、整体强化性。教师合理负担不合理转移现象的形成有着深刻的政策影响、历史原因和内在逻辑。治理教师合理负担不合理转移现象,需要依靠政策引领,以教师专业素质发展为本,通过强化学校自主性、保障全面的双重扶持、明晰规范家校联系、优化学校内部管理来营造良好的教师负担落实的基础环境,促使合理负担的正当归位。Reducing teachers'burden is an important work in the field of education and an important measure to improve the quality of education and teaching.The burden reduction work of teachers has the double connotation of reducing unreasonable burden and implementing reasonable burden with high quality.The unreasonable transfer of teachers'reasonable burden has its profound connotation,expression and characteristics.It is a kind of diffusion on the subject and extension on time and space.It has teachers'subjectivity,behavioral deviation and overall reinforcement.The formation of unreasonable transfer of teachers'reasonable burden has profound policy influence,historical reasons and internal logic.To solve the unreasonable transfer of teachers'reasonable burden,we should rely on policy guidance,take the development of teachers'professional quality as foundation,create a good basic condition for the implementation of the teacher burden and promote the proper return of the reasonable burden by strengthening the autonomy of the school,ensuring the comprehensive dual support,clarifying the connection between home and school,and optimizing the school internal environment.
