中职教育与高职教育课程体系有效衔接模式的探索

摘　　要：文章通过分析在中等职业院校升入高等职业院校这一教育学制转换中存在的问题,探索开发合理的课程,选取恰当的教学内容,采取有效教学实施方法的方式,避免产生中、高职教育的重复消耗,确保高水平的教学效益,促使学生适应快速变化的社会经济形势和职业岗位变化,收获自组织的终身教育理念。Based on the analysis of the educational system transformation from secondary vocational colleges to higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the reasonable curriculums,selects the appropriate teaching content,and adopts effective teaching implementation methods,so as to avoid the repeated consumption of secondary and higher vocational education,ensure the high-level teaching efficiency,and make students adapt to the fast changing social and economic situation and job changes to harvest the idea of self-organized lifelong education.
