摘 要:基于2005-2018年全国时序数据和省级面板数据,通过构建高中阶段教育资源配置评价指标体系,综合采用Dagum基尼系数以及扩展的分布动态学模型,实证考察我国高中阶段教育资源配置的地区差异及时空演进趋势。研究发现,我国高中阶段教育资源配置水平明显提升,资源配置的空间分布呈现出显著的“东西高、中部低”的空间非均衡特征;高中阶段教育资源配置总体差异呈现扩大趋势,地区间差异是总体差异的主要来源;高中阶段教育资源配置的绝对差异表现为明显扩大,呈现出两极或多极分化特征;高中阶段教育资源配置存在俱乐部趋同,且变动多发生在相邻类型之间,空间因素对资源配置水平的增长具有显著影响。当务之急必须强化省级政府统筹,建立区域均衡导向的教育资源投入保障机制;促进普职协调发展,扩大深度贫困地区优质中等职业教育资源供给;健全教育精准扶贫机制,提升高中教育扶贫资源配置效率,以促进高中阶段教育的优质均衡发展。The national time series data and provincial panel data from 2005 to 2018 are used to analyze the regional difference and distribution dynamics evolution of the allocation of regular senior secondary school education resources in China with Dagum Gini coefficient and the expanded dynamics model.Results show that regular senior secondary school education resources allocation level has significantly improved,and the spatial distribution of resource allocation is characterized by significant spatial inequality.The overall difference in the allocation of education resources shows an expanding trend,and the disparity among regions is the major source of overall inequality.The absolute difference in the allocation of educational resources is widening and is characterized by bipolar or multipolar differentiation.The allocation of educational resources has club convergence,and changes mostly occur between adjacent types.Spatial factors have a significant impact on the growth of resource allocation levels.It is imperative to strengthen the overall planning of the provincial government,expand the supply of high-quality secondary vocational education resources in deeply impoverished areas,and improve the mechanism targeted poverty alleviation through education,so as to promote the high-quality and balanced development of regular senior secondary school education.
