摘　　要：运动能力、健康行为、体育品德是体育核心素养的组成内容。文章简述体育核心素养的内涵。从关注学生个体发展、做到教学的针对性,贴合学生实际成长、做到教学的全面性,重视学生内在修养、做到教学的深入性,发挥体育课堂价值、做到教学的趣味性四个方面探讨学科核心素养下优化体育教学工作的策略。Sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality are the components of sports core literacy.This paper briefly describes the connotation of sports core literacy.This paper discusses the strategies of optimizing physical education teaching under the core competence of the subject from four aspects:paying attention to students'individual development,making teaching targeted,fitting students'actual growth,making teaching comprehensive,paying attention to students'internal cultivation,making teaching deep,developing the value of physical education classroom and making teaching interesting.
