叶黄素酯复方制剂改善视疲劳的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:由枸杞提取物、菊花提取物、牛磺酸、叶黄素酯组方制成复方制剂,对其进行缓解视疲劳功能性评价和安全性评价。方法:将受试者随机分为试食组及对照组,试食组服用叶黄素酯复方制剂,每日1次,每次2片,对照组服用等量安慰剂,试验周期60 d。结果:60 d后,试食组和对照组各安全性指标均在正常范围内,试食后与试食前对照组比较,无统计学差异;试食组视疲劳症状均显著改善,有效率均在86.5%以上,与对照组比较具有极显著性;试食组症状总积分均极显著性降低(P<0.01),明视持久度均极显著性升高(P<0.01),视力改善率为56.7%,与试食前及对照组比较均具有显著性。结论:叶黄素酯复方制剂具有缓解视疲劳的功能且具有安全性。Objective:To evaluate the function and safety of the compound preparation made of Lycium barbarum extract,chrysanthemum extract,taurine and lutein ester in alleviating visual fatigue.Methods:the subjects were randomly divided into test group and control group.The test group was treated with lutein ester compound preparation,2 tablets each time,once a day,and the control group was treated with the same amount of placebo for 60 days.Results:After 60 days,the safety indexes of the test group and the control group were within the normal range,and there was no significant difference compared with those before the test and the control group.The symptoms of asthenopia in the trial group were significantly improved,and the effective rate was above 86.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group.The total symptom score of the test group was significantly decreased(P<0.01),the duration of photopic vision was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the improvement rate of visual acuity was 56.7%.Conclusion:Lutein ester compound preparation has the function of alleviating visual fatigue and is safe.
