摘 要:探讨PBL模式下内科学与病理生理学课程整合效果。方法选择2017级临床本科学生65人作为研究对象,确定对照组和教改组,对照组32人,教改组33人。对照组采用传统教学模式,教改组采用基于PBL的整合教学模式,通过理论成绩及问卷调整对两组教学效果进行评价。结果教改组学生理论成绩明显优于对照组[(76.35±5.10)vs.(70.47±5.36)],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查,教改组学生对教学满意度为90%以上。结论PBL模式下进行课程整合能激发学生学习兴趣,促进临床教学质量的提高。Objective:To explore the application of curriculum integration in internal medicine and pathophysiology based on PBL teaching method.Methods:In our study,2017 undergraduate students were selected as control group(n=32)and test group(n=33).The traditional teaching mode was applied in the control group,while the integration teaching based on PBL teaching method was applied in the test group.The teaching results was compared between the two groups according to examinations and questionnaires.Results:The examination results in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group[(76.35±5.10)vs.(70.47±5.36)](P<0.05).On the other hand,the satisfied degree of undergraduate courses was 90%in the test group according to the questionnaires.Conclusions:PBL teaching method applied to the teaching of curriculum integration in internal medicine and pathophysiology has a high degree of effective teaching,which would be helpful to stimulate students’interest in learning and improve the quality of teaching.
