摘　　要：针对家族企业创新研究的理论争论,从家族企业管理模式的异质性视角出发,研究不同维度的管理模式对企业创新的影响效应,并探讨政治关联对此效应的调节作用。结果表明,差序式治理对家族企业创新产生正面影响,权威式治理和代际传承对家族企业创新产生负面影响。政治关联会削弱权威式治理、代际传承对企业创新的抑制作用。家族企业同时存在差序式治理和代际传承管理模式的情况下,二者的交互作用将提高企业创新水平。最后,从管理模式异质性视角对家族企业创新研究的理论争论进行整合,为家族企业转型升级提供策建议。This paper focuses on the theoretical debates of family business innovation research,from the perspective of family business management model heterogeneity,studies the impact of different dimensions of management models on business innovation,and discusses the moderating effect of political connections on this effect.The results show that differential governance has a positive impact on family business innovation,and authoritative governance and intergenerational inheritance have a negative impact on family business innovation.The political connections will weaken the inhibitory effect of authoritative governance and intergenerational inheritance on corporate innovation.When family businesses have both differential governance and intergenerational inheritance management models,the interaction of the two will improve the level of corporate innovation.At last,this paper integrates the theoretical debates on family business innovation research from the perspective of management model heterogeneity,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for family business transformation and upgrading.
