摘  要:宁波城市职业技术学院跨境网店运营课程通过“企业项目进课程、企业导师进课堂”的形式,深化了产教融合,构建了基于校企合作的闭环式O2O2O教学体系。运用实验法,对比研究了一学期两个班级不同教学模式下的教学效果,从学习能力因子、学习效果因子、导师指导频率因子等方面,对研究对象进行了具体的对比研究,创新跨境电商人才培养路径,以期培养出符合行企要求、可持续发展的人才,为共建校、行、企和谐发展的命运共同体提供参考。The course“Cross-border Online Store Operation”of our school deepened the integration of industry and education through the form of“enterprise project into the course and enterprise tutor into the classroom”,and built a closed-loop O2O2O teaching system based on school-enterprise cooperation.Using a comparative research method,we tracked whether the two classes in one semester were integrated into the teaching process of the real enterprise project under the online and offline hybrid teaching mode.Then,the research objects were compared from the aspects of learning ability factor,learning effect factor,and mentor guidance frequency factor,etc.The purpose is to innovate cross-border e-commerce talent training path,with a view to cultivating talents with sustainable development that meet the requirements of industry development,and to provide useful exploration for building together a community of common destiny for the harmonious development of colleges,industry and enterprises.
