摘 要:味精生产过程中,在连续等电提取谷氨酸后,发酵液产生大量高浓度废水,直接排放会对环境造成严重污染。利用味精废水生产饲料酵母单细胞蛋白,可以降低味精废水对环境的污染。为了提高味精废水的利用率和饲料附加值,充分发挥自身原料优势,对饲料酵母生产工艺进行优化试验,确定酵母发酵的培养条件和味精废水的添加量,对味精废水进行预处理,析出废水中的硫酸铵以降低氨氮对酵母生长的影响。通过工艺优化,酵母菌体干质量达16.5 g/L,总蛋白得率达10.56 g/L,降低味精废水对环境污染的同时也增加了企业的效益。In the process of monosodium glutamate production,a large amount of high concentration wastewater is produced after continuous isoelectric extraction of glutamate from glutamate fermentation broth,and the direct discharge of the wastewater will cause serious environmental pollution.Using monosodium glutamate wastewater to produce single cell protein of feed yeast can reduce environmental pollution caused by monosodium glutamate wastewater.In order to improve the utilization rate of monosodium glutamate wastewater,increase the added value of feed and make full use of the advantages of raw materials,the production process of feed yeast was optimized,and the cultivation conditions of yeast fermentation and the concentration of monosodium glutamate wastewater were determined.The monosodium glutamate wastewater was pretreated to precipitate ammonium sulfate in the wastewater to reduce the effect of ammonia nitrogen on the growth of yeast.Through the process optimization,the dry weight of yeast reached 16.5 g/L,and the total protein yield reached 10.56 g/L,which reduced the environmental pollution caused by MSG wastewater and increased the benefits of the enterprise.
