摘 要:对大豆的分类、储藏特性、储藏设施和配套的仓储设备要求、国储粮库适用的储藏技术及保管时的注意事项进行了综述,特别对国内不同地区用于大豆少量降水与环流控温方式进行了总结,在此基础上提出因地制宜的方法,综合运用清杂、控温、降水、通风等储粮技术,以确保大豆的储存安全,为粮库的大豆储藏保管提供参考。The classification, storage characteristics, requirements for storage facilities and supporting storage equipment of soybean storage, as well as the applicable storage technology in the national grain storage enterprise and the matters needing attention during storage were summarized in this paper. Meanwhile, the storage methods of soybean in different areas of China were analyzed and summarized in particular, and on this basis, the author proposed that the storage techniques such as removing impurities, temperature control, drying, ventilation and air conditioning should be comprehensive adopted according to local conditions to ensure the storage safety of soy-bean, so as to provide some reference for the storage of soybean in storage enterprises.
