摘　　要：商业模式创新能够帮助企业以顾客价值创造为中心,实现企业资源、流程和业务等要素的优化和配置,获取竞争优势。本文构建了CEO变革型领导行为助推商业模式创新的理论研究模型,并讨论了创业导向和二元环境的中介效应和调节效应。基于368份企业样本数据,运用SPSS和Mplus统计软件进行数据分析,研究结果表明CEO变革型领导行为显著正向影响商业模式创新,创业导向在CEO变革型领导行为和商业模式创新之间起着中介作用,二元环境能够显著正向调节创业导向和商业模式创新之间的关系。研究成果对理清商业模式创新机制、丰富领导行为相关研究具有一定的理论意义,对企业管理实践也具有指导意义。Business model innovation can help companies focus on customer value creation,optimize and configure corporate resources,processes,and business elements to gain a competitive advantage.This paper builds a theoretical research model of CEO’s transformational leadership behavior to promote business model innovation and discusses the mediating and moderating effects of entrepreneurial orientation and dual environment.Based on the sample data of 368 companies,SPSS and Mplus statistical software were used for data analysis.The results show that:CEO’s transformational leadership behavior significantly influences business model innovation;entrepreneurial orientation plays an intermediary role between CEO’s transformational leadership behavior and business model innovation;the dual environment can significantly regulate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business model innovation.These research results not only clarify the business model innovation mechanism and enrich the research results related to leadership behavior,but also have a certain guiding significance for enterprise management practice.
