摘 要:“教材建设的国家立场”就是要从国家利益和国家层面出发,去建构教材内容、取舍知识属性、实施教材治理。新时代教材内容的国家立场主要表现在如何处理“中国知识”与“中国不同地区知识”“中国知识”与“世界知识”之间的价值排序;新时代教材治理的国家立场主要表现为用治理思维重新审视我国教材管理的改革历程,在明确从管理走向治理的范式转换下突出国家的“元治理”,彰显国家在教材治理中的中轴角色和主体地位。The national position of textbook construction means to construct the textbook content,select the intellectual properties,and govern the textbooks in the national interest and at the national level.The national position of textbook content in the new era mainly lies in how to deal with the value order among ’Chinese knowledge","knowledge in different regions of China","Chinese knowledge"and "universal knowledge".The national position of textbook governance in the new era is mainly reflected by re-examining the reform history of China’s textbook governance from the perspective of governance thinking,highlighting the national "meta-governance" under the paradigm shift from management to governance,and manifesting the central role of the state in textbook governance.
