摘　　要：采用QuEChERS/HPLC-MS法测定食品中罂粟碱、那可丁、蒂巴因、可待因、吗啡等五种生物碱,方法简便,准确度符合要求。吗啡、可待因用内标法定量,罂粟碱、那可丁和蒂巴因用外标法定量。经计算,加标回收率满足要求。QuEChERS/HPLC-MS method for the determination of five alkaloids of narcotine,papaverine,thebaine,codeine and morphine in food was simple,convenient and accurate.Morphine and codeine were quantified by internal standard method.Papaverine,narcotine and thebaine were quantified by external standard method.The calculated recovery rate met the requirements.
