教育4.0时代背景下高等教育信息安全的发展——基于《2021地平线报告(信息安全版)》的分析

摘　　要：2021年2月,美国高等教育信息化协会(EDUCAUSE)发布了《2021地平线报告(信息安全版)》,这是地平线系列报告首次发布信息安全版。这份报告是在教育4.0时代背景下形成并发布的,充分显示了未来高等教育信息化安全的重要性。报告中将远程工作明确为高等教育信息安全宏观趋势中的超级趋势。报告延续了《2020年地平线报告(教与学版)》的框架与研究方法,提出了高等教育信息安全的六个宏观趋势、六项技术与实践、未来四种场景以及七个经典案例。在对报告的特色进行分析的基础上提出了教育4.0时代背景下我国高等教育信息安全未来发展的建议。EDUCAUSE released 2021 Horizon Report(Information Security Edition).This is the first time the Horizon Report series has released an information security edition.This report is formed and released under the background of Education 4.0 era,which fully shows the importance of the security of higher education information in the future.The report identifies telecommuting as a super trend among the macro trends of information security in higher education.The report continues the framework and methodology of the Horizon 2020 report.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the report,this paper puts forward some enlightenment for the future development of information security in higher education under the background of education 4.0.
