摘  要:随着慕课的发展与普及,高校教师普遍面临着前所未有的竞争与挑战,并由此产生了一定的焦虑情绪,给教学和自身发展带来极大的负面影响。针对这一问题,文章采用文献研究法和访谈法,分析了慕课对高校教师的冲击。研究认为,克服慕课时代教师的焦虑,不仅需要教师本人积极进行教学反思、组建教学团队、提高自身技能,而且还需要学校制定相关政策,从软、硬件方面为教师提供支持。With the development and popularity of MOOC,quite a large number of college teachers are besieged by anxiety when facing unprecedented competitions and challenges,which exerts rather negative influence on their teaching and self-development.A tentative analysis is conducted to the impact of MOOC on college teachers by adopting literature review and interview method.The result shows that not only college teachers should improve capability for reflective teaching and develop professional teaching team in order to overcome such anxiety,but also colleges need to develop related policies and provide support regarding software and hardware teachers can benefit from.
