试论开放大学教师学术领导力的培育

摘　　要：教师学术领导力是大学变革的内驱力,开放大学的转型发展需要开放大学教师学术领导力的驱动。我国开放大学教师的学术领导力正处于由量变向质变转化的辩证发展过程中,但仍然面临着个体学术职业缺失、社会学术声望较低等困境。从个体、社会、组织、学科维度来分析开放大学教师学术领导力的现实困境,有助于破解我国开放大学教师学术领导力培育的难题。Teachers’academic leadership is the internal driving force of university reform,so the transformation and development of open universities needs the propulsion of open university teachers’academic leadership.Teachers’academic leadership in open universities in China is undergoing a dialectical development process from quantitative change to qualitative change,but it still faces difficulties such as the lack of individual academic profession and low social academic reputation.Analyzing the realistic predicament of teachers’academic leadership in open universities from the dimensions of individual,society,organization and discipline is helpful to solve the difficult problems of cultivating teachers’academic leadership in open universities in China.
