天津老年教育发展特色及创新研究

摘　　要：人口老龄化已经逐渐成为全球社会发展的趋势。大力发展老年教育,让老年人老有所乐、学有所获,对于我们建设学习型城市、大力提高国民素质有着极其重要的作用。当前还存在制约老年教育健康发展的一些问题,老年教育管理体制和运行机制亟待健全,需要加强养教结合模式建设,加强市、区两级高水平老年大学基础能力建设,发挥高校服务社会的功能,积极发展远程老年教育。The aging of population has gradually become the trend of global social development.It is very important to vigorously develop elderly education to provide the elderly with opportunities to enjoy themselves and learn something new,which plays an extremely important role in building a learning city and greatly improving the quality of Chinese people.At present,there are still problems restricting the healthy development of elderly education.The management system and operation mechanism of elderly education needs to be improved,the construction of the combination mode of care and education needs to be strengthened,the basic ability construction of high-level elderly universities at the municipal and district levels needs to be strengthened,and the function of colleges and universities to serve the society needs to be given full play,so as to actively develop distance elderly education.
