摘 要:社会文化理论认为,教师职业能动性是教师与所处社会文化环境积极互动的产物。高校外语教师职业能动性的内涵包括教学能动性、科研能动性和学习能动性。高校外语教师应该充分认识个人职业能动性的丰富内涵,并提高自己的教学能力、科研能力和专业能力,在实现教师个人职业水平和职业素质高质量发展的同时,促进学校的可持续发展。According to the social and cultural theory,teachers’professional initiative is the product of positive interaction between teachers and the social and cultural environment they are in.The connotation of university foreign language teachers’professional initiative includes teaching initiative,scientific research initiative and learning initiative.University foreign language teachers should be fully aware of the rich connotation of personal professional initiative,and improve their teaching ability,scientific research ability and professional ability,so as to promote the high quality development of teachers’professional level and professional quality,and meanwhile promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
