摘  要:在近年“食品分析”课程教学改革基础上,从课程特点出发,将“食品分析”课程思政与自主探究式教学有机融合,在教学理念、教学设计和教学实施等方面进行思考与实践,力求课程思政有意愿、有意蕴、有意思。以期“食品分析”课程由单纯专业课程教学走向专业课程教育教学一体化。On the basis of the teaching reform of Food Analysis course in recent years,starting from the characteristics of the course,the ideological and political education of Food Analysis course was organically integrated with independent inquiry teaching.Thinking and practice were carried out in the aspects of teaching philosophy,teaching design and teaching implementation,so as to make the ideological and political education of the course willing,meaningful and interesting.It was expected that the course of Food Analysis would be transformed from the pure professional course teaching to the integration of professional course education and teaching.
